The views from the 33rd floor were amazing, and the room had cozy amenities like an espresso machine and comfy bathrobes. Plus, being near a shopping mall made it super convenient for snacks and exploring local shops.
The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent at times.

Private parking onsite provided. The rooms with new card, good beds and sufficient space. The best location just a pleasant stroll away from La Part-Dieu Shopping Center...

We found the service by staff excellent, with incredibly helpful concierges and reception staff. Although the hotel was full, nothing was too much trouble for them. After travelling for two weeks, we found our room the height of luxury, with a most comfortable bed, and amazing bathroom. It was very good value, and we only wished we had had the time to stay longer.
The air conditioning could have been more efficient, but we were given a fan.

We enjoyed the family room for 4 very much. The hotel was also very well situated close to shopping and across the street from a tram stop and bus stop making it easy to travel to all parts of the city.

The best thing about this hotel was leaving.
The rooms are old, small and falling apart, peeling paint, the air con is noisey and poor, the so called hi speed WIFI was so slow I could not download e-mail, only one lift working from floor 32 (recption) to the room floors, the breakfast was very poor and expensive (20 euros) . This Hotel should be rated 2 Star. I have stayed in many Radisson Hotels and this one is by far the worst. I hold a Gold Card for the Radisson chain.

Staying with friends was lit! The views from our room on the 33rd floor were very nice, especially at sunrise. We enjoyed visiting the nearby shopping mall and the train station. The little extras like water and sweets in the lobby were a nice touch.
The dining options were limited . The promised bistro was closed, misleading, and we had to look elsewhere for meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, hot and outstanding breakfast.
The staff was patient, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

We were allowed early check-in at 10:30 and late check-out at 4pm which greatly added to our comfort. It was nice to be able to settle in before going out to sightsee and it was doubly nice to have a room to relax in before taking the tram to the airport for a late flight.
Booked.net quoted 125 euros for 2 people with two beds but when we got to the hotel, we were told that it would be 25 Euros extra for the 2nd person. Considering the added value of early check-in and late check-out, it was still a bargain. Just something to be aware of.

Conveniently located close to the airport train and a big shopping mall. Excelent breakfast.
Groundless high price. I had a feeling that I buy the room but not just book it for sleeping.

The fine views from the room were lovely, especially during sunrise. The hotel's location made exploring the city easy. Public transport was just a short walk away.

Good location for train travellers, and central to public transport in Lyon.
Perhaps not great value for the price.

The view from the 39th floor is excellent! Staff is very polite and helpful.
The hotel could use a (though small) facelift....and I guess this is what they are currently doing (top restaurant was closed, breakfast to be taken on ground floor (view less interesting, only 1 out of 2 elevators was working).
